Q1. Will ALL sailors be merged aside from Yellows under level 12? If so how will the
system cater for an account that is maxed out on each server with the core 50 plus maxed
on HQ pages?

A1. All sailors irrespective of level or yellow will now be merged. If the number of
sailors when merged extends beyond the 50 limit then they extra will be invisible until
space is made in the core 50, either by placing sailors in the HQ or dismissing unwanted
sailors. At that point the previously hidden sailors will start moving in to the space made.

Q3. Ships - obviously cant have two of a ship type after merge, so one will be disposed
of by the system if doubled up, but will full reimbursement occur for Armour, Guns, Hulls etc?

A3. Duplicate, non-premium ships, will be sold to harbour as part of the merge.
Non-duplicated ships will be moved. If players are concerned about armour costs or
reimbursement costs for selling then they are advised to sell duplicate ships before the
patch on 17 Feb 11.

hi guys...so..how is this gona work with 2 canadian fleets now on the same server,,but if the hackshield thingy doesent get rectified it not gona make a difference as there is 60 guys that arnt playing untill things change..interisting with black sun vers jedi......even match...but untill things get straightened out TANKS RULE...

No. Jedi and BS are 2 diffrent types of fleets, BS is a gigafleet Jedi is a skill based fleet. Jedi as it currently stands isn't evenly matched for a HA, BS would win that.

I was assumeing the RCNs would undergo a merger of some sort but I wonder who would be the leader of that and what forums would be used. I'd be devistated if RCN-MO's forums get used because then I would no longer be THE forum whore*.


As for HackShield. It is an overblown panic storm. HackShield is safe, just install NF and play. Most of the early bitchers and moaners were the people using cheats.

just a comment beef as the forums we are currently using will not disapeere as they are used for many other games,tanks mindcraft, pirets of the open sea,not all the players play the same games but we have all come togeather to be as 1,,share ideas ,,games,, info,,

I dont think it would really be an issue with 2 canadian fleets on the same server cause 95% of our players have stopped playing even before the hackshield patch. Tanks are lame I doubt Tango is even gonna remake the fleet once the merger is done.

so its safe to come back? I basicly left nf on hold when the whole panic thing happened because I only just got my fresh copy of windows 7 and was still putting stuff on it, last thing I wanted happening was sum1 geting onto my pc and stuff. but then again I dont really know, im not one for software so when ppl say something isnt safe I just leave it for a bit.

I just got the update and now windows 7 finaly doesnt crash when I try to open the game, infact I managed to log on to NF just now.

I can only imagine that they wanted to make this hackshield thing to please the community, but the complete oppasite happened I guess. ppl have just mass quit..

Only small sections have mass quit. A considerable amount of them were actually cheating. I haven't noticed a decrease in the time games took to load.

I'd guess less than 5% actually quit.

some one should tell jeff it HS auto shuts down when you NF crashes/turns off

Just my 2 cents worth:

Have had HS installed since the update......no difference noted really.

Also looked them up and yes I know u cant trust everything you read but a company that has been around 10 years and sucks should have been reported long ago.

If i get any problems, believe me, the flet is the first to know.

i played combat arms for 2 years without problems and that whole time my computer ran perfectly

the whole time the game ran hack shield
